We try to dispatch the following day after your order is made. We send Monday-Friday. Any order made on a Friday will be sent the following Monday as we do not have courier pick ups on Saturday and Sundays or public holidays.

We use NZ Couriers and the tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as they become available. Due to Covid-19 there have been some courier delays that are out of our control. Our meals are shipped frozen and so should come overnight.
